MCB Bank is Pakistan is facing serious liquidity problems. Owned by Mian Mansha a close business friend of Mian Nawaz Sharif, Pakistan's Prime Minister, is reportedly extending financial leverage to Nawaz Governemnt in Pakistan so the US Dollar may be kept at a low level. But this is happening at the cost of MCB Bank consumers. ATM are out of order the system is faulty fort the last one week, at least this is what the customers are being told. In Multan the system is out of order for the last one week an account holder told us, In Gawadar Balochistan, people are unable to withdraw cash because of fault in the system and the same was reported from Murree albeit for the last 2 weeks only. Similar complaints were also confirmed from Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Peshawar and some other small cities.
Media in Pakistan is not reporting the problem for obvious reasons.
MCB media campaigns are lucrative enough for the media house owners to hide the truth.
